Short Term Consultants
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the institutional reform process for a better involvement of Government and Civil Society organisations in the public policy making process for youth development in Lebanon.
The purpose of this project is to enhance the capacities of the relevant public institutions and other relevant stakeholders to become more engaged in addressing youth concerns, needs and ambitions in accordance with the National Youth Policy.

Role overview
Experts in one (or more) of the following domains are highly encouraged to apply:
- Corporate Performance management/ measurement
- Preparing policy briefs
- Accountability mechanism and Youth participation in governance
- Advocacy and lobbying
- M&E and impact assessment
- Coalition building
- Research, analysis and evidence on youth policy
- Knowledge management and knowledge sharing
- Team building
Experts should meet the following minimum criteria:
- At least master degree in social sciences, public policy, human rights, public affairs or any relevant major related to the assignment.
- A minimum of 5 years of general professional experience working on relevant Youth Policy issues, institutional development, working with government institutions (Ministries, public institutions)
- Excellent report writing skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English both in writing and speaking
